Ultrasonic spraying machine generator — compact, touch-screen controlled
Product Overview

A compact generator for ultrasonic atomizing nozzles

The ultrasonic spraying machine generator is a small power type generator, with a frequency from 30 kHz to 155 kHz and a power from 30 W to 100 W. It is widely used for ultrasonic spraying, precision welding and spot welding.

Operation is completed on the touch screen and is simple and easy to use. We also provide the ultrasonic nozzle together with the generator based on the customer’s requirements, so the generator, the transducer and the nozzle are matched as one set before they are shipped.

System Composition

Seven modules inside one compact case

The HF010 generator consists of a frequency control module, an amplitude control module, a drive module, circuit protection, a man-machine interface, a power supply and a resonant circuit. The man-machine operation is completed by the touch screen, and the operation is simple and easy.

Because the frequency and amplitude stages sit in the same case as the protection circuit, the generator holds the working point steady and protects both the transducer and the nozzle.

Characteristics

Control features that keep the spray consistent

Automatic frequency tuning

The basic function of the ultrasonic system — the accuracy of the frequency is directly related to the performance of the device.

Digital amplitude setting

Amplitude adjustable from 1% to 100%; digital adjustment ensures that every start-up is identical.

Soft start

Select the soft start that suits the nozzle, so the generator does not shock the transducer at start-up.

Automatic frequency search

The frequency search runs at low amplitude (about 10%), so the starting frequency is good during operation.

Adjustable process time

Built-in time counting with 100 ms accuracy, set to suit each job for a uniform result.

RS-485 Modbus

Four baud rates — 9600, 19200, 57600 and 115200 — on the international Modbus protocol, with a communication interval greater than 50 ms.

Nozzle & Applications

Matched nozzles and typical duties

The generator is supplied with the ultrasonic nozzle that the job needs, so the frequency of the generator and the frequency of the nozzle always match and no re-tuning is needed on site.

  • Ultrasonic spraying

Atomizing coatings, fluxes and functional liquids onto the workpiece.

  • Precision welding

Small, controlled welds where the heat input has to stay low.

  • Spot welding

Repeatable spot welds for plastics and light metals.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Which nozzle type should I start with?

Nozzle choice depends on flow and coating; tell us the liquid and target layer and we will recommend.

Can I run different inks on the same nozzle?

Often yes — the same nozzle handles compatible fluids; we advise on changeover.

What is the critical amplitude?

Amplitude sets droplet size; we set it for your coating during commissioning.

Do nozzles wear out?

Nozzles are durable; life depends on the fluid — we supply spares and can re-tune.

Ask us for a generator and nozzle set

Tell us the liquid, the flow rate and the spray width you need and we will match the generator, the transducer and the nozzle and quote the complete set.
