Continuous-Duty Ultrasonic Welding Generator
A dedicated 20 kHz generator for continuous and long-horn applications — stable output for extended duty cycles, automatic frequency tracking and robust cooling.

Built for the shifts that never stop
Most generators rest between welds. This one does not. It is dimensioned for continuous operation - long slitting blades, extended-duty cutting and processes where the stack runs for minutes without pause. A larger chassis houses heavier cooling and power stages around the same digital control family as our other generators.
Automatic frequency tracking keeps the long horn on frequency as it heats, and the built-in time counting can be set in steps of 100 ms. It welds and bonds plastic and non-woven fabric, cuts labels and food, and supports water-treatment processes where the stack never gets a rest.
Four features that matter on a long run
None of these is decorative. On a stack that runs more seconds than it rests, they are the difference between a stable weld and a drifting one.
Soft-start time adjustable
When the horn is large or its parameters are not ideal, lengthening the soft-start time protects both the transducer and the horn.
System protection
The generator protects the ultrasonic system through both software and hardware, so a fault stops the cycle instead of the tool.
Amplitude & time adjustable
Within the rated power the user can set amplitude to reach the best working performance; the built-in time counter can be set in 100 ms steps.
Boot scanning
The user decides whether the machine performs its scan at power-up - useful when the generator is started remotely.

Where the stack runs continuously
Slitting and cutting lines that run non-stop web and belt cutting at line speed; robot and gantry cutting on long programmed passes; food lines with extended cutting passes; and extrusion or continuous processing where each cycle lasts minutes.
The rule of thumb is simple: if the stack runs more seconds than it rests, this generator pays for its size.
