Digital Ultrasonic Welding Generator
A digital ultrasonic welding generator with a touch screen and three welding modes — 15 kHz 4200 W, 15 kHz 3200 W and 20 kHz 2600 W — for plastic welding and cutting.

Touch screen, three modes, one powerful box
The digital ultrasonic welding generator turns mains power into the high-frequency signal that drives a transducer and horn to weld or cut plastic, non-woven fabric and automotive parts. The 2000G family covers 15 kHz to 35 kHz with 1200 W to 4000 W of output, and every parameter is set on a touch screen.
Three welding modes - time, energy and power - mean the same generator suits a fast small part and a large weld area. A dual-mode design also lets one unit run either as a standard plastic-welding machine controller or in corollary special-machine mode, so a single box covers both a bench and an in-line duty.
Choose the trigger that suits the joint
The mode is set on the touch screen in seconds, which is why one generator can serve a whole family of parts. Time mode is the everyday choice; energy mode stops when the weld has absorbed enough energy; power mode holds a set power for the cycle.
The weld runs for a set time. Fastest to set up and the usual choice for a stable, repeatable small part.
The weld stops when the set energy has been delivered, so parts with slight height variation still receive the same energy.
The generator holds a set power through the cycle - useful for large weld areas that need a controlled, sustained output.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
Can I upgrade my old machine to this generator?
Yes — the digital generator replaces an ageing analogue unit without changing your press. Send us your current model or a photo of the control board and we will confirm compatibility.
What exactly does dynamic frequency protection do?
It tracks the resonant frequency in real time and retunes the drive if the load shifts, so the transducer stays protected and every weld stays stable.
Is the amplitude scale linear?
Amplitude is adjustable from 0–100% in 1% steps under PID control, giving a repeatable, near-linear output across the whole range.
Does it support energy welding with unstable air supply?
Yes — energy mode welds to a set energy value rather than a fixed time, so results hold even if your air pressure swings during the shift.
Send us your part for a free weld test
Share a drawing or a sample with the material and we will run a free process test, then recommend the frequency, the power and the welding mode.
