Ultrasonic Welding Generator

Continuous ultrasonic welding for plastic, non-woven fabric and nylon — welding time adjustable and amplitude adjustable from 20% to 100%, across 15 kHz to 40 kHz and 300 W to 4200 W.

Product Overview

Welding time, amplitude and duty - all under your control

The ultrasonic welding generator converts mains power into a high-frequency drive signal that the transducer turns into mechanical vibration. From this one enclosure you set the welding time, the amplitude and the trigger - then the same stack welds plastic, non-woven fabric and nylon. Amplitude is adjustable from 20% to 100% and the output runs continuously, so long webs and repeated press cycles hold the same result from the first part to the last.

Every generator is matched with its own transducer, booster and horn so the frequency window and the power rating agree from the first switch-on.

Specifications

One platform, five frequencies

Choose the frequency that suits the material and the joint; power scales with the frequency. All versions share the same control board, the same panel and the same wiring, so a plant can standardise on one system.

Why INTOP

What the generator does for the weld

Parallel-resonance drive

Drives the converter in parallel resonance to cut converter heating and protect the transducer.

One-button start

Button start and a plain panel keep operation simple for every shift.

Imported control & driver chips

Imported control chip and driver make the working cycle more reliable.

PID frequency and amplitude control

Frequency is held by PID control with amplitude control, giving frequency locking and constant-amplitude output.

Explosive power output

Compared with a conventional generator it needs only half the cylinder pressure for the same power output.

Amplitude soft start

Soft start protects large and heavy moulds at switch-on.

1% amplitude steps

Amplitude adjustable from 0 to 100% in 1% steps for fine process control.

Multiple protections

Several protection layers guard both the equipment and the test piece.

Manufacturing

Machined, assembled and tested in our own workshop

CNC machining centre cutting ultrasonic tooling
CNC machining centres cut horns, boosters and fixtures in house.
Benchtop assembly of ultrasonic welding components
Components are assembled and matched by hand before dispatch.
Ultrasonic generator and tooling workshop
One workshop covers machining, assembly and final testing.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Gun or straight handle — can I have both?

Yes — the 2000B / 2000BL platform offers gun and straight handles; many customers keep both.

How do I know my transducer will match?

We supply matched transducer, booster and horn at one frequency, so they agree from first switch-on.

What can I weld with 800 W?

800 W handles copper / aluminium wire ends, terminals and small tabs — typical harness and terminal work.

Is there a larger handheld power option?

Yes — the platform scales to higher power; tell us your joint and we will suggest the model.

Tell us the material and the joint

Send the part, the material and the cycle you need and we will confirm the frequency, the power and the matching transducer, booster and horn - then quote the complete system.
