Ultrasonic Cutting Generator

20 kHz and 30 kHz ultrasonic generators, transducers and cutters for food, plastic, rubber and non-woven — with RS485 Modbus so the generator can be installed in your automation machine.

Product Overview

A cutting generator built to sit inside your line

The ultrasonic cutting generator drives a transducer and a blade to slice food, rubber, non-woven and plastic with a clean edge and no deformation. A single generator can also run several transducers at once, and because RS485 Modbus is built in it drops straight into an automation machine and is commanded from the line controller.

Amplitude is adjustable from 0 to 100%, so a soft cheese and a dense composite can share the same generator with nothing more than a parameter change. We supply the transducer, the booster and blades in the sizes you cut, as one complete cutting system.

Specifications

Five frequencies for cutting

The cutting generator is chosen by material and blade, not by guesswork. Every version carries the same control board and wiring, so an automation builder can standardise across a machine.

Why INTOP

Eight things that keep the cut clean

Parallel-resonance drive

Drives the converter and booster in parallel resonance, cutting transducer heating to protect it.

One-button start

Button start and a simple panel keep operation easy.

Imported control & driver chips

Imported control chip and driver make the generator work more reliably.

PID frequency and amplitude control

Frequency is based on PID control with amplitude control, giving frequency locking and constant amplitude.

Explosive power output

Compared with a conventional generator it needs only half the cylinder pressure for the same output.

Amplitude soft start

Soft start protects large blades and heavy moulds.

1% amplitude steps

Amplitude adjustable from 0 to 100% in 1% steps.

Multiple protections

Protection layers guard the equipment and the test piece.

Industry Coverage

One generator, ten industries

Ultrasonic cutting is chosen wherever a clean, sealed edge matters more than a knife or a laser. Because the blade vibrates rather than pushes, there is almost no dust, no drag and no burnt edge.

  • Packaging

Cuts and seals plastic film for precise, strong seals on packaging lines.

  • Medical
