Ultrasonic Fabric Cutting Machine
We design and manufacture ultrasonic fabric cutting machines at 28 kHz, 30 kHz and 40 kHz for your cutting demand — contact us and get a quotation now!

A blade that vibrates up to 40,000 times a second
Our ultrasonic cutting machine vibrates the blade longitudinally at a frequency ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 cycles per second (20 kHz to 40 kHz). This vibration allows it to easily cut resin products, rubber products, non-woven fabrics and their composite materials, which are difficult to cut with conventional tools.
Because the material is parted by vibration rather than by pressure, the blade does not have to be sharp and the cut face stays clean. In addition to its low initial and operating costs and excellent maintainability, the machine produces almost no chips, wastewater, noise or smoke — it can sit directly on the production line without dust extraction.
Handheld, machine-clamped or rail-guided
The same generator and cutting knife run all three configurations, so one machine covers both sample work and production.

A clean cut, and a knife you replace instead of sharpen

The vibration is delivered through one replaceable knife
The transducer turns the electrical drive into mechanical vibration, which travels through the cutting head into the knife. Since the cut is made by vibration and not by a sharp edge, blade wear is minimised and the knife does not have to be re-ground.
The integrated cutting knife is replaced as a complete unit — no sharpening, no re-setting of the cutting angle, and no long stop on the line.

Titanium alloy or steel knives
Cutting knives are supplied in titanium or alloy. The two profiles shown here are the styles we supply most often, and the knife is matched to the material and the thickness being cut.
Tell us the fabric, the number of layers and the edge you need, and we will quote the knife together with the machine.
The edge is sealed in the same pass
Because the blade runs at ultrasonic frequency, the cut edge of a synthetic fabric is sealed as it is separated. There is no fraying and no unraveling, so woven and knitted edges do not need overlocking or a separate hemming step.
Contact temperature stays low and there is no friction between blade and material, so thermoplastic, coated and printed fabrics are not burnt or glazed — which matters most on delicate and laminated materials.
- No fraying or unraveling on synthetic fabrics
- No burn marks or glazing on coated or printed material
- No smoke, no odour and no dust to extract
- Several layers cut in a single pass

Fabrics, leather and films cut by ultrasound
Ultrasonic fabric cutting is chosen where the edge has to be sealed, where layers have to be cut together, or where the material is too delicate for a rotary blade.
Apparel & garment
Cotton, hemp, silk, knitted and synthetic fabrics, cut to pattern without fraying.
Home textiles
Carpets, towels, bed sheets and curtains — clean edges on long straight cuts.
Technical textiles & nonwoven
Filter media, geotextiles and composites, including multi-layer stacks.
Leather & synthetic leather
Natural and synthetic leather, cut and sealed in one pass.
Plastic film & composites
Plastic films and fabric-resin composites that a conventional blade would tear.

Nonwoven converting
Cutting head mounted in a machine for continuous web and multi-layer work.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
Does it work on natural fibres like cotton?
It is built for synthetic and blended fabrics (polyester, nylon, non-woven). Pure cotton does not seal by ultrasound and is better cut mechanically.
Handheld or robot-mounted?
Both — choose a handheld unit for manual work or a robot-mounted head for continuous automated cutting.
What do you need from us for a custom blade?
Send a sample of your fabric and the cut shape; we machine and tune a blade to your cutting-head frequency.
How long do blades last?
Titanium blades run a long time; life depends on the material and duty, and we supply tuned replacements.
Send us your fabric for a free cutting test
Send a swatch of the material and the edge you need. We will cut it on our bench machine and reply with the photos, the recommended frequency, the knife and the configuration.
