Handheld Ultrasonic Cutting Knife 35 kHz / 40 kHz

Manual cutting with sealed edges – 35 kHz and 40 kHz, long-blade option, paired with the 2000B / 2000BL / H20-B handheld generators.

35 kHz handheld ultrasonic cutting knife
Product Introduction

Scissors force, knife would not dare

The handheld knife vibrates its edge at 35–40 kHz — the operator guides, the blade does the cutting. Hand force drops to a guide pressure, and on synthetics the edge seals as it cuts: webbing ends, ribbons and trim come off finished.

Two handles (gun and straight) and two generators (2000B / 2000BL, H20-B) make up kits for every shift — from a trim bench to field service.

Key Features

What operators notice first

01

Low hand force

The blade cuts; the hand only guides — less fatigue over a shift.

02

Sealed edges

Synthetic webbing and fabric do not fray after the cut.

03

No residue

No melted burr to trim off afterwards.

04

Two handle types

Gun for grip, straight for precision — same platform.

05

Swappable tips

Cutting blades and welding tips share the slot.

06

Protective generator

Tool overload protection with alarm auto-reset.

Technical Specification

Kits ship as a working set: handle, generator, blade, spare tip and case.

Choosing a kit

1

Send material samples or describe the cuts.

2

We cut-test and recommend handle + blade.

3

Kit ships with the test-cut samples.

The same platform welds — add a welding tip and the kit becomes a handheld spot welder.

FAQ

40 kHz or 35 kHz?

Both cut similarly on thin synthetics; 40 kHz suits finer work, 35 kHz handles a wider material range.

Can it also weld?

Yes — swap in a welding tip; the 2000B generator supports both operations.

Blade wear?

Blades are consumables — stock spares; custom geometries are available.

Is there a cordless version?

The current line is mains-powered; discuss field needs with us — solutions exist.
