Product Overview

Atomize liquids into a fine, uniform mist

An ultrasonic spraying machine is a specialized piece of equipment that utilizes ultrasonic technology to atomize and disperse liquid substances into fine droplets or mist. This technology is commonly used in various industrial applications for precise and efficient coating, spraying, and atomizing of liquids.

Through different frequency and air passage design, different atomizing particle size and wide spray width can be produced to meet different spraying requirements such as different area, thickness and finish. In addition, the unique design of the shape structure can also be adapted to high temperature, narrow space and other special environments, such as spray coating, spray drying and spray pyrolysis.

How frequency shapes the spray

Lower frequencies move a larger volume of liquid with a coarser droplet; higher frequencies give a finer, slower mist. Pick the row that matches the coating thickness and the area you need to cover.

Nozzle Selection

Five nozzle families for five spray patterns

The nozzle sets the spray pattern, the spray width and the distance to the workpiece. Five families cover almost every coating job, and they can be combined with the generator and transducer into one matched system.

  • K — Wide spray for large area spraying.
  • D — Scattering for large area spraying with a soft, even mist.
  • Z — Converging for small area spraying.
  • X — Long mouth for penetration spraying into cavities and tubes.
  • L — Line spray for fine line spraying.

Why Ultrasonic

Ultrasonic atomization compared with two-fluid spraying

Ultrasonic spray nozzle atomizing liquid
Vibration instead of compressed air

A softer spray that wastes less material

A two-fluid nozzle breaks the liquid up with the kinetic energy of gas and liquid, so the spray hits the part hard, splashes and wastes raw material. An ultrasonic nozzle atomizes the liquid with high-frequency vibration instead: the impact on the workpiece is very small, the droplets are uniform, and almost nothing is lost to overspray.

Because the droplet size follows the ultrasonic frequency rather than the nozzle diameter, the nozzle bore can stay wide. That keeps the orifice open, so the tip does not clog, and the flow rate stays controllable even at very low output.

Very low spray impact

No splashing and no waste of raw material, even on delicate substrates.

High particle uniformity

A consistent droplet size gives an even film thickness across the part.

Size set by frequency

Droplet size follows the ultrasonic frequency, independent of the nozzle diameter.

No clogging

The nozzle bore is wide and the tip keeps oscillating, so it does not block.

Precise flow control

Continuous spraying at very low flow rates, down to 0.001 ml/min.

High stability

Made of high-performance titanium alloy and stainless steel — no pressure, no noise.

Applications

Coatings and liquids sprayed by ultrasound

Because the droplet size is set by frequency rather than by air pressure, ultrasonic spraying suits thin, precise coatings and liquids that a conventional nozzle cannot handle — suspensions, high-viscosity liquids and high-temperature or narrow-space jobs.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

What liquids can be ultrasonically sprayed?

Most low- to medium-viscosity liquids and suspensions — tell us yours and we will test it.

How is droplet size controlled?

Droplet size is controlled by frequency and amplitude, independent of flow rate.

Why doesn't the nozzle clog?

The vibrating nozzle keeps droplets atomised and resists the clogging that plagues pressure nozzles.

Can you keep solids suspended in the feed?

Yes — we can agitate or circulate the feed to keep solids evenly suspended.

Send us your liquid for a free spray test

Tell us the coating, the substrate and the film thickness you need and we will run a free atomization test, then recommend the frequency and the nozzle family.
