Ultrasonic Food Cutting System

We design and manufacture ultrasonic food cutting systems, providing customized cutting knives and cutting solutions based on your requirements.

Ultrasonic food cutting system
Product Introduction

A clean cut through sticky and soft foods

The blade vibrates at 20,000–40,000 cycles per second. That motion parts soft and sticky foods — cake, cheese, frozen layers, confectionery — without crushing them, and releases from the blade with almost no residue.

Each system is built around your product: we tune the frequency, machine the titanium blade to the cut shape, and mount it on a frame, an in-line head or a robot arm to drop into your line.

Why Ultrasonic

What the line notices first

01

No sticking

Vibration releases cheese, caramel and soft fillings cleanly — no build-up on the blade.

02

Clean edges

Soft bakery and layered cakes are cut without squashing or crumbs.

03

Consistent portions

The same cut every cycle; the path is programmed, not hand-guided.

04

Custom blades

Blade length, profile and serration tuned to your product.

05

In-line ready

Single or multi-blade heads drop into existing cutting lines.

06

Food-safe

Titanium blade, no lubricant on the product, easy to clean.

What we need from you

1

Send a sample of the food or its photo and dimensions.

2

We cut-test and propose blade geometry and frequency.

3

System ships with the test-cut samples.

Blades are tuned to frequency — we re-tune or replace them, never sharpen.

FAQ

Will sticky products stick to the blade?

The blade vibrates 20,000 times per second, so sticky foods like cheese and cake release cleanly with minimal residue build-up.

Which frequency suits my product?

We match the frequency and blade to your product; softer or coated items often use a higher frequency. Send a sample for a free test.

Can the blade be re-sharpened or re-tuned?

Blades are tuned to frequency; when worn we re-tune or replace them rather than sharpen.

Can you integrate with my existing line?

Yes — multi-blade heads and frames are built to drop into your existing cutting line. Send us the layout.
