Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine Generator
Ultrasonic plastic welding machine generators for a wide range of plastic joining — a 3.5-inch colour LCD, 0.1 Hz frequency tracking and MODBUS RTU communication, built for superior craftsmanship.

Colour-LCD control with precise tracking
The plastic welding machine generator generates the high-frequency electrical signals that a transducer converts into mechanical vibrations, which join plastic parts together. It replaces glue, screws and hot plates with a fast, clean, repeatable weld controlled entirely from the generator.
The generator uses a 3.5-inch high-resolution colour LCD and a multi-function knob for fast navigation. Automatic frequency tracking holds to 0.1 Hz, power-repeat consistency is 97% or better and the remote-terminal dynamic response is 10 ms or less - with RS-485 and standard MODBUS RTU communication for line integration.
Everything on the panel, nothing hidden
The generator is wired like a machine tool: a colour LCD and a single multi-function knob on the front, and clearly labelled aviation plugs on the back for start, stop, communication and transducer.
Colour LCD & buzzer
A 3.5-inch high-resolution colour LCD shows status and faults, with a buzzer to prompt them.
Multi-function knob
Rotate left and right to move the cursor, click to confirm, double-click to exit - the whole menu on one control.
Power switch & 220 V inlet
The mains switch and the 220 V AC interface sit together on the back panel.
Cooling-fan outlet
Keep at least 15 cm clear around the outlet so the cooling effect is not blocked.
3-core aviation plug
Pin 1 start switch (normally open); the common foot connects the start and emergency-stop switches (emergency stop normally closed).
2-core aviation plug (RS-485)
Pin 1 is 485A and pin 2 is 485B for standard MODBUS RTU communication.
2-core aviation plug (transducer)
One pin to the negative pole and the other to the positive pole of the transducer.

What makes the generator dependable
Intelligent learning
Automatically matches the transducer it is connected to.
Sound-resistance feedback
Acoustic feedback increases welding stability.
Adjustable lower frequency
The lower frequency can be adjusted to adapt to a wider range.
High-precision Hall sensor
Hall-sensor detection with a control accuracy of up to 0.5%.
Complementary dual-phase bridge
A complementary dual-phase full-bridge design gives exceptionally strong bursting power.
Non-linear power output
Non-linear power delivery for intelligent power control.
MODBUS over RS-485
Supports the standard MODBUS protocol for RS-485 communication.
11 alarm categories
Intelligent protection against over-temperature, over-current and 11 categories of abnormal alarm, safeguarding the moulds.
Built for long runs on the line
