We design and manufacture the ultrasonic generator PCB board for welding, cutting, bonding, emulsification and cell disruption — supplied with a matching transducer, booster and horn.
The board that controls the whole stack
The ultrasonic generator PCB board is the printed circuit board that carries the electronics generating and controlling the ultrasonic vibrations in an ultrasonic system. It regulates the frequency, the power and the duration of the drive signal, which makes it the heart of every welding, cutting and sealing machine.
We supply the board together with the transducer, the booster and the horn as a complete system, and custom horns are available. Because the board and the stack are specified together, the frequency window and the power match are correct from the first run - no mismatched stack, no re-tuning on site.

Board, transducer and horn matched as one system
The board is not shipped on its own. Because the board and the stack are specified together, the frequency window and the power match are correct from the first run - and the custom horn is made to the same frequency.
Boards are tested before dispatch, and the matching transducer, booster and sonotrode are confirmed against the same frequency so the system works as delivered.
