A 15 kHz 4200 W ultrasonic welding generator designed for plastic applications — precise welding, eight digital inputs and RS-485 for automation.
Large, stable and fast at 15 kHz
The 15 kHz 4200 W generator is built for plastic welding where the weld area is large and the cycle has to be short. It carries eight digital input channels, one 0-10 V analog input/output channel and one RS-485 communication channel, plus two anti-misoperation start buttons, an emergency-stop button, an optical-fibre input and two electromagnetic valves for automation.
Delay time, ultrasonic time and hold time controls are built in, so no extra time-control device is needed. Time mode and energy mode are selected freely, which makes the generator a good fit for demanding applications where the welding window is tight.
Rich I/O for automation builders
The generator is designed to be commanded by a machine, not only by an operator. Everything an automation integrator needs is already on the back panel.
