Ultrasonic Water Treatment System Advantages
Why ultrasonic treatment works across water-processing applications — the list below is kept verbatim from the original product record.

One 20 kHz generator, compatible with all transducers
The WT320 generator is designed to drive our full range of 20 kHz transducers and probes. Switching from a 5–10 L water-treatment probe to dispersion, extraction or degradation tools needs no new power supply — so a single unit covers several processes instead of one.
A touch-screen panel and 485 communication make the system easy to integrate into an existing line, while the interchangeable probes keep tooling cost low as your process changes.
Non-Chemical Process
Ultrasonic treatment does not require the addition of chemicals, making it an environmentally friendly option.
Efficiency
It can effectively remove a wide range of contaminants, including bacteria, viruses, algae, and suspended solids.
Low Energy Consumption
Compared to conventional treatment methods, ultrasonic systems often consume less energy, resulting in cost savings.
Minimal Maintenance
These systems typically require less maintenance because there are no filters to replace or chemical balances to maintain.
Safe and Clean
Since no harmful chemicals are used, the process is safe for both operators and the environment. The resulting water is often cleaner and safer for use.
Versatility
Ultrasonic systems can be used in a variety of water treatment contexts, from small-scale applications to large industrial processes.
Improved Water Quality
Ultrasonic can improve the taste, odor, and color of water by breaking down large particles and compounds.
Where the WT320 is used
The two application images below are read from the product record — a labelled application chart and field photos of liquid treatment and dispersion.

Five duties named in the application chart
High Power Water Treatment
Cavitation at 20 kHz treats large water volumes continuously, breaking down contaminants without added chemicals.
Homogenisation and Dispersion
Uniformly blends immiscible liquids and disperses solids for stable emulsions and suspensions.
Organic Matter Degradation
High shear and radical formation degrade organic pollutants, algae and biofilm in the water.
Pipe Descaling
Removes mineral scale from pipes, tubes and heat-exchanger surfaces, restoring flow without aggressive acids.
Water Pollution Purification
Reduces bacteria, suspended solids, colour and odour for cleaner, safer water.

Liquid treatment & homogeneous dispersion
In the products’ own images, the same 20 kHz probe is shown treating liquid in a beaker and generating a stable dispersion pattern in a flow tube. That is the physical effect behind every duty above: collapsing cavitation bubbles create local high pressure and shear that mix, break up and disperse material at a scale mechanical agitators cannot reach.
Because the effect is purely physical, it works with — and can replace part of — chemical or thermal steps in the process, cutting both consumables and energy.
