How it works
A vibrating nozzle breaks the liquid into an ultra-fine, uniform mist — no compressed air, dramatically less overspray. Formulation viscosity, supply flow, spray width and substrate are verified in a trial spray; nozzle arrays and motion axes are then configured for your line.
