How it works
The horn vibrates at 15–40 kHz until the joint faces melt and fuse — welds as strong as the parent material, repeatable at injection-molding pace. Material grades, joint geometry and hermetic or strength requirements are matched during the application test; fixtures are designed from your part drawing.
