How it works

Ultrasonic vibration scrubs the metal surfaces clean and bonds them below melting point — solid-state joints with low contact resistance, no filler, no heat-affected zone. Cu/Al combinations and multi-layer stacks are routine; joint strength and resistance data are verified on your samples during the free process test.
