Ultrasonic Welding Generator & Transducer

An ultrasonic welding generator and transducer for continuous welding, jointing and cutting — 15, 20, 30, 35 and 40 kHz available, with custom horns made to your drawing.

Generator, transducer, booster and horn

One matched stack, assembled from parts we machine and tune ourselves.

Ultrasonic welding is a high-tech process that can be applied to all thermoplastic products. It does not require solvents, adhesives or other additives. It increases productivity, reduces costs, improves product quality and keeps the process environmentally friendly.

Our 2000E ultrasonic welding system includes the ultrasonic welding generator, transducer, booster and horn (sonotrode), focused on continuous welding, jointing and cutting for plastic and non-woven fabric products. We provide customised horns based on your drawing or welding requirement.

What is in the set

  • Ultrasonic welding generator — the power supply and controller, available for 20 / 28 / 30 / 35 / 40 kHz.
  • Transducer — converts the electrical drive into mechanical vibration.
  • Booster — the amplitude transformer that sets the working amplitude.
  • Horn / sonotrode — standard profiles or a tool machined to your part.
  • Cables and interface — converter wire, power wire and control-signal interface.

Matched before it ships

Every stack is swept and measured before it leaves the workshop. The generator, transducer, booster and horn are tuned as one set, so the working frequency window and the power match are correct from the first run instead of after a week of adjustment on your line.

Tell us the material, the joint design and the machine the stack will be fitted to, and we will specify the frequency, the amplitude and the horn profile to suit.

Advantages

Why workshops standardise on this stack

Range of ultrasonic horns and sonotrodes machined in-house for welding, cutting and sealing
Horns, sonotrodes, blades and anvils — standard profiles and tools machined to customer drawings.
Horn and sonotrode tooling

Custom horns, machined to your part

The horn is where the weld actually happens, so it is made for the part rather than chosen from a list. Send a drawing, a sample or the welding requirement and we machine the sonotrode profile, the working face and the mounting to match your plastic and your joint.

Because the same workshop makes the generator, the transducer and the tooling, a special frequency or a one-off horn is a production change for us — not a new supplier project.

No solvent, no adhesive, no additive

Thermoplastic parts are joined by vibration alone, so the process stays clean, dry and environmentally friendly.

Welding, jointing and cutting

One generator and horn set covers continuous welding, jointing and cutting for plastic and non-woven fabric products.

Horns made to your drawing

Customised horns and sonotrodes are machined and tuned in-house from your drawing, sample or welding requirement.

Matched as one stack

Generator, transducer, booster and horn are specified together, so the frequency window and the power match from the first run.

15 to 40 kHz on one platform

The same generator platform covers 20, 28, 30, 35 and 40 kHz, so changing the tool does not mean changing the control.

Stable output for long runs

Frequency tracking holds the working point steady, so weld quality does not drift across a long production shift.

Ready to wire into a machine

Converter wire, power wire and control-signal interface ship with the generator, so the machine builder wires it once.

Service before, during and after

Consultation, project planning and design, commissioning support and operator training come with the system.

Applications

Where the generator and transducer stack welds

Our ultrasonic welding generator, transducer and horn can be used for welding toys, electronics, non-woven fabrics, head covers, shoe covers, surgical gowns, business card inserts, plastic bags, stationery, surgical caps, paper cups and mask album pages.

The same system works with many different compatible machines, such as non-woven fabric automation machinery, three-layer bag machines, mask machines, plastic bag machines, paper cup machines and stationery machinery.

Because the horn is made to the part, a change of product usually means a change of tool rather than a new machine.

  • Toys

Rigid and soft toy shells welded without glue, screws or visible marks on the surface.

  • Electronics

Small precision housings and components joined without the heat damage of a hot plate.

  • Non-woven fabric

Continuous welding and jointing on fabric converting and automation lines.

  • Medical disposables

Head covers, shoe covers, surgical gowns and caps welded at machine speed.

  • Packaging and print

Business card inserts, plastic bags and album pages sealed in one pass.

  • Paper cups and stationery

Paper cup rims and stationery assemblies bonded with the same stack.

Service

Our services, before and after the sale

A generator and a horn are only half of a welding process. The rest is choosing the frequency, setting the amplitude and the welding time, and keeping the stack in tune as the tool wears — which is the part we stay involved in.

Tell us what you are welding and where the machine sits in the line, and the service covers the rest.

Included with every system

  • Consultation service before, during and after sales
  • Project planning and design services
  • Debugging of the equipment until everything is functional
  • Long-distance shipping management, from our factory to your named place
  • Maintenance and operating training
  • New production techniques and formulas
  • One-year complete warranty and lifetime maintenance service
Manufacturing

Machined, assembled and swept in-house

CNC machining centres, horn production and finished-goods warehousing in the INTOP workshop
CNC machining of horns and tooling, and finished stacks in store — photographed in our own workshop.

Horns, boosters and special tooling are machined on our own CNC centres, so a custom sonotrode does not wait on a third party. Generators, transducers and horns are then assembled and swept as one set before packing, and finished stacks are stocked ready for shipment.
