Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaning Machine
A bench-top ultrasonic cleaner that lifts dirt, polishing rouge, oil and oxidation out of rings, chains, watches and optical parts — 40 kHz cavitation in a heated stainless-steel tank, with no abrasive scrubbing.

What the ultrasonic cleaner does
The ultrasonic jewelry cleaning machine cleans by cavitation. A generator drives a transducer bonded to the base of a stainless-steel tank, sending 40 kHz sound waves through the water-based bath. Those waves form millions of microscopic bubbles that implode against the surface of the work — lifting dirt, oils, polishing rouge and oxidation out of settings, links and engraving that a brush simply cannot reach.
Because the action is physical, it needs only water with a few drops of mild detergent. There is no abrasive tumbling, no aggressive acid and no risk of rounding off fine detail. Heated models add a thermostat, so the bath can be held at the temperature that best releases wax and grease.
Units are offered from a single bench-top tank for a repair bench up to larger baskets for batch cleaning, so the same process covers a one-off ring and a full tray of findings.

Simple to run, repeatable on every batch
No operator skill is required — fill, load and set the timer. Because the cycle is timed, the same setting gives the same result every time.
1 · Fill
Fill the tank with water to the marked level and add a few drops of mild detergent.
2 · Load
Place the pieces in the stainless basket so they never touch the tank floor.
3 · Set
Set the cleaning time on the timer; on heated models set the thermostat first.
4 · Lift out
Remove the basket, rinse and dry — then repeat on the next batch with the same setting.
Parts that come out bright again
Rings, chains & bracelets
Clears polishing compound and everyday grime from settings and links without disturbing stones that are safe for immersion.
Watches & metal straps
Lifts soil from bracelet links and case crevices; stainless straps and cases come up clean around the clasp and lugs.
Eyeglasses & optical frames
Removes skin oil and dust from nose pads, hinges and the base of lenses — a standard step in any optical workshop.
Coins, medals & metal findings
Loosens surface dirt and oxidation from collectible and batch metal parts while leaving sound metal and its patina intact.
Dental & laboratory instruments
A repeatable pre-clean for small stainless instruments and tools before sterilisation.
Precision hardware & small parts
Screw-machine parts, fasteners and small assemblies are degreased in bulk without hand-scrubbing.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
Which size should I buy?
Pick the tank by the largest item you clean; we offer bench sizes for rings up to larger baskets for batches.
Do I need heating?
Heating helps loosen wax and oils, so a heated tank is recommended for jewellery and optical parts.
What liquid do I use?
Use plain water with a few drops of mild detergent; avoid solvents that attack the tank.
What should NOT go in?
Avoid porous gems, soft stones and items not rated for immersion. Ask us if you are unsure.
