The ultrasonic copper pipe tube sealer closes and cuts copper and aluminium tubing by high-frequency vibration instead of flame. We build the professional metal pipe sealing solution around your part: no acetylene, no welding flux and no filler material, and a sealing time of about half a second.
It is a digital ultrasonic system with high power and automatic frequency tracking. Automatic frequency compensation keeps the power output stable, so weld quality does not drift during the shift, while protection functions cover frequency anomaly, over-current and over-temperature to guard both the tool and the workpiece.
