Ultrasonic Liquid Processing System
Cavitation systems from lab beaker to inline multi-probe reactor train – the 2000L and WT320 platforms for dispersion, disruption, extraction and water treatment.

One process family, every scale
Sonochemistry scales differently from most unit operations — you do not buy a bigger machine, you add power and probe area. This system family covers that path: the 2000L platform at 1000 W for lab and pilot, the WT320 platform to 3200 W for production, and reactor tooling that grows with them.
Batch probe stands, inline flow cells and multi-probe trains all run on the same control logic — a process validated in the lab transfers to the line without re-invention.

2000L and WT320 side by side

|---|---|---|
| Power | 1000 W | 1000 / 2000 / 3200 W |
| Generator size | 33 × 23 × 12 cm · 4.25 kg | 32.7 × 22.3 × 11.3 cm · 4.25 kg |
| Control | Touch screen, 0.1-min steps | Touch screen + 485 communication |
| Voltage | AC 220 V 50 Hz | AC 220 V 50 Hz |
| Best for | Lab, pilot, small production | Production lines, continuous flow |
Environment-matched reactor heads
The head is chosen for the media and the plant — not one-size-fits-all.

Parallel tubes raise throughput on one control loop.

Continuous processing in recirculation or pass-through duty.

Batch work in beakers, flasks and tanks.
Tool-head options include nine-section (explosion-proof), four-section (waterproof) and rhombus (high-temperature) builds.
Validate once, scale three times
Lab validation
Prove the effect on the bench: probe, beaker, 1000 W.
Pilot flow
Move to a flow cell; confirm the dose per litre.
Production train
Multi-probe or multi-generator train sized to your throughput.
Parameters transfer because amplitude and energy density stay the physics anchor at every scale.
System specification
Systems ship with the process settings from our test bay.
From sample to system
Send media samples — we run feasibility.
Pilot trial defines dose per litre.
System quoted with the validated parameters.
Stable under probe wear — generators re-track resonance as tips erode.

FAQ
Can you prove it works on our media?
That is the standard path — samples in, feasibility data out, before any quote.
Explosion-proof builds?
Yes — the nine-section tool head serves hazardous areas.
How do systems scale?
More probe area and more generators — energy density per litre stays the design constant.
Maintenance?
Probe tips are the wear part; generators re-track resonance automatically.
